Racusin (NASA/GSFC) and M. H. Siegel (PSU)\nreport on behalf of the Swift Team:\n\nAt 16:31:29 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and\nlocated GRB 140610A (trigger=601259).  Swift will have a delayed slew\ndue to the Earth observing constraint.  The BAT on-board calculated location is \nRA, Dec 286.260, +3.907, which is \n   RA(J2000)  =  19h 05m 02s\n   Dec(J2000) = +03d 54' 24\"\nwith an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including \nsystematic uncertainty).  The BAT light curve shows a long peak\nwith a duration of at least 110 sec.  The peak count rate\nwas ~1500 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~3 sec after the trigger. \n\nDue to an observing constraint, Swift will not slew until T0+49.4\nminutes. There will be no XRT or UVOT data until this time. \n\nAs the XRT is currently in Manual State due to an anomaly there will be\nno prompt data products for this burst once Swift slews. The XRT is still \ncollecting data, and the usual automated analyses will be available once the\ndata are on the ground. The XRT GCN circulars will be produced, once manual\nverification has taken place due to the uncertain calibration of XRT in\nits anomaly state.
