Pozanenko\n(IKI) report on behalf of larger GRB follow-up collaboration:\n\nWe observed the Swift GRB 140703A (Kocevski et al., GCN 16503) with \nAS-32 (0.7m) telescope of Abastumani Observatory starting on July, 07 \n(UT) 23:27:06. We obtained several unfiltered frames under exellent \nweather with exposure of each frame of 120 s. The  optical afterglow \n(Cunniffe et al. GCN16504) is well detected on the stacked image.\n\nDetails of a photometry of the pi-redsifted GRB 140703A (Castro-Tirado \net al., GCN 16505) are following:\n\ndate       UT start   t-T0       Filter  Exp.
