Pozanenko (IKI) \nreport on behalf of larger GRB follow-up collaboration:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 140709B (Swenson et al., GCN 16551) with ORI-40 \ntelescope of Khureltogot observatory starting on\nJul., 09 (UT) 15:31:51. In the first unfiltered images of 60 s exposure we \ndo not detect any object in the enhanced XRT error circle  (Goad et al., GCN \n16556) down to 17.7m in each separate image. The photometry is based on \nnearby USNO-B1.0 stars.",
