(GCN\n16554; also Masi, et al., GCN 16559; Castro-Tirado, et al., GCN 16564) in\nboth epochs, adding a deeper integration for our first epoch as compared to\nour initial report (Butler, et al., GCN 16547). Relative to 2MASS and\nusing the RATIR zero-points, we find:\n\n 7/09 7/10\n r 24.28 +/- 0.45 23.85 +/- 0.31\n i 23.05 +/- 0.16 23.28 +/- 0.20\n Z >22.92 >22.68\n Y >22.40 >22.33\n J >22.30 >22.27\n H >21.94 >21.85\n\nThese magnitudes are in the AB system and are not corrected for Galactic\nextinction in the direction of the GRB. Upper limits are 3-sigma. We\ncannot reliably confirm fading in this source. We note that another RATIR\nsource outside of the Swift XRT error region (see, GCN 16547) does not\nappear to fade and is not likely to be the afterglow to GRB 140709A.\n\nWe thank the staff of the Observatorio Astronmico Nacional in San Pedro\nMrtir.",
