(TUG) on behalf of a larger collaboration.\n\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 140713A (Mangano et al., GCN #16581) with the\n1.0 meter T100 telescope (TUBITAK National Observatory, Antalya - Turkey),\nstarting on July 13, 20:14:06 UT (~ 1.5 hours after the trigger). We\nobtained 5 x 300 s exposures with R filters under good weather conditions.\n\n\nWe do not detect an optical afterglow within the reported XRT error circle\ndown to a limiting magnitude of >19.9 (2-sigma) in the combined R band\nimage.\n\n\nWe are grateful to the TUBITAK National Observatory staff for promptly\nscheduling the observations and their technical support.",
