Popov\nUral Federal University, Yekaterinburg, Kourovka\n\nHugo Levato and Carlos Saffe\nInstituto de Ciencias Astronomicas, de la Tierra y del Espacio (ICATE)\n\nClaudio Mallamaci, Carlos Lopez and Federico Podest\nObservatorio Astronomico Felix Aguilar (OAFA)\n\n\n\nMASTER II  robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) \nlocated in Kislovodsk was starting survey on the FERMI  GRB140809A \nerror-box (ra=11 15 14 dec=+71 00 36 r=6.040000)  52916 sec after trigger \ntime at 2014-08-09 17:53:06 UT.\n\n  During the observations of the error box of possible GRB 140809A (Fermi \ntrigger 429246673) MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source \nat (RA, Dec) = 11h 46m 55.24s +66d 09m 59.3s on 2014-08-09.63454 UT ( \nShumkov et al., Atel #6379). The \nOT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit 19.1m). The OT is seen in 6 \nimages. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image \nwithout OT on 2014-04-21.58762 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.0m.\n\nThe new object is located 1.5\" east and 17\" north of the center of galaxy \nPGC 36760 = SDSS J114654.97+660942.3 (g=15.34 r=14.73 i=14.42) with \nz=0.0413. Discovery and reference images are available at: \nhttp://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/114655.24660959.3.png\n\nIt is   just a chance coincidence possible. Spectral and photometric \nconfirmation is requested. Observations in X-rays and other wave bands are \nalso strongly encouraged.\n\nThe OT search is continuated.\n\nThis message can be cited.",
