Kawai(Tokyo Tech)\nreport on behalf of the MITSuME and OISTER collaboration:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 140824A (Beardmore et al., GCNC 16732)\nwith the optical three color (g', Rc and Ic) CCD camera attached\nto the Murikabushi 1m telescope of Ishigakijima Astronomical\nObservatory.\n\nThe observation started on 2014-08-24 11:50:27 UT (~3.2 h after the burst).\nWe did not find any new point source within the XRT circle\n(Beardmore et al., GCNC 16732) in all the three bands.\n\nThree sigma upper limits of the OT are listed below.\nWe used SDSS catalog for flux calibration.\n\n#T0+[day]  MID-UT    T-EXP[sec]   g'     Rc     Ic\n-----------------------------------------------------\n0.14409    12:07:58    1800.0   >21.7  >21.4  >20.5\n-----------------------------------------------------\nT0+ : Elapsed time after the burst [day]\nT-EXP: Total Exposure time [sec]",
