The following is a non-exhaustive list\nof the bursts observed over the last several days.\n\nDATE (DDMMYY)\tTIME, S.\tOBSERVED BY*\tFLUENCE, erg/cm2\tDURATION, S.\tCOMMENTS\n_____________   ________        ___________     ________________        ____________    ________\n\n011102\t\t68889\t\tU,K,M\t\t8.5E-6\t\t\t0.5\t\t\n021102\t\t15414\t\tU,K\t\t3.3E-6\t\t\t0.3\n021102\t\t23998\t\tU,K\t\t2.9E-6\t\t\t0.5\n021102\t\t24159-25078\tU,K,H\t\t1.8 - 17.E-6\t\tUp to 1 s\tCluster of ~10 evemts\n\n* U=Ulysses\n  K=Konus-Wind\n  M=Mars Odyssey/HEND\n  H=HETE/FREGATE\n\nNumerous other SGR-like events have been observed by only one spacecraft, \nand they are likely to have originated from SGR1900+14, but for the time\nbeing, they cannot be localized.  \n\nWe note that the burst on November 1, which was observed by Mars Odyssey/HEND,\nconfirms the timing of that spacecraft to high accuracy.\n\nFrom now on, unless an exceptional burst occurs, we will issue IPN notices \nfor groups of events during this period of activity, instead of for single events.",
