Pozanenko (IKI) report on behalf \nof larger GRB follow-up collaboration:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 141028A (Bissaldi et al., GCN 16969)\nwith  Zeiss-1000 (East) 1-m telescope of Tien Shan Astronomical\nObservatory on Oct., 29  starting on (UT) 15:58:47.  We obtained several \nimages in R-filter. In a combined image  we clearly  detect optical \nafterglow (Gorbovskoy et al., GCN 16972; Graham et al., GCN 16977). \nDetails of the photometry are following:\n\ndate       UT start   t-T0      Filter  Exp.
