Jansky Very Large Array (VLA) from 2.4 d to 8.3 d after the BAT trigger. \nFor the radio counterpart consistent with the location of the GRB NIR, optical, and \nX-ray afterglows (Covino et al., GCN 17039; Xu et al., GCN 17040; Osborne et al. \nGCN 17043; Corsi, GCN 17070), we estimate the following preliminary fluxes: \n\nMean Epoch (d) | Freq.
