Enos, and R. Starr,\non behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team, report:\n\nA long-duration GRB 150127B has been observed by Fermi (GBM trigger \n444060509), Konus-Wind, Mars-Odyssey (HEND), MESSENGER (GRNS), and Swift \n(BAT), so far, at about 50906 s UT (14:08:26). The burst was outside the \ncoded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose\ncoordinates are:\n    ---------------------------------------------\n    RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n   ---------------------------------------------\n   Center:\n    140.184 (09h 20m 44s)  -3.205 ( -3d 12' 18\")\n   Corners:\n    140.849 (09h 23m 24s)  -3.717 ( -3d 43' 00\")\n    140.139 (09h 20m 33s)  -3.925 ( -3d 55' 29\")\n    139.534 (09h 18m 08s)  -2.676 ( -2d 40' 32\")\n    140.241 (09h 20m 58s)  -2.479 ( -2d 28' 43\")\n   ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is 1.0 sq. deg, and its maximum\ndimension is 1.7 deg (the minimum one is 43 arcmin).\nThe Sun distance was 155 deg.\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB150127_T50911/IPN/\n\nThe time history and spectrum will be given in forthcoming GCN Circulars.",
