Pagani (U Leicester), D. M. Palmer (LANL),\nT. Sakamoto (AGU), M. Stamatikos (OSU), J. Tueller (GSFC), T. N. Ukwatta (LANL)\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n \nUsing the data set from T-239 to T+963 sec from the recent telemetry downlink,\nwe report further analysis of BAT GRB 150213B (trigger #631051)\n(Pagani, et al., GCN Circ. 17464). The BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 253.448, 34.165 deg, which is \n RA(J2000) = 16h 53m 47.4s \n Dec(J2000) = +34d 09' 54.5\" \nwith an uncertainty of 1.8 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 13%.\n \nThe mask-weighted light curve shows a FRED peak with a few little peaks\nstarting at ~T+0, peaking at ~T+18, and returning to baseline at ~T+300 sec.\nT90 (15-350 keV) is 181 +- 60 sec (estimated error including systematics).\n \nThe time-averaged spectrum from T+2.09 to T+249.78 sec is best fit by a power law\nwith an exponential cutoff. This fit gives a photon index 0.80 +- 0.79, \nand Epeak of 54.8 +- 20.6 keV (chi squared 57.4 for 56 d.o.f.). For this\nmodel the total fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 3.0 +- 0.4 x 10^-6 erg/cm2\nand the 1-sec peak flux measured from T+18.08 sec in the 15-150 keV band is\n1.1 +- 0.4 ph/cm2/sec. A fit to a simple power law gives a photon index\nof 1.77 +- 0.15 (chi squared 63.4 for 57 d.o.f.). All the quoted errors\nare at the 90% confidence level. \n \nThe results of the batgrbproduct analysis are available at\nhttp://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/notices_s/631051/BA/",
