At a mean frequency of 5\nGHz, we detect a radio source with a preliminary flux density of ~ 0.05 mJy\nat\n\nRA = 08:26:40.973 +/- 0.005\nDec = +63:50:03.29 +/- 0.08\n\nconsistent with the enhanced Swft/XRT position (Beardmore et al.; GCN\n17575) and the optical position (Zheng et al.; GCN 17574). Follow-up\nobservations are planned.\"",
