Markwardt (GSFC),\nC. Pagani (U Leicester), D. M. Palmer (LANL),\nT. Sakamoto (AGU), M. Stamatikos (OSU),\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n\nUsing the data set from T-239 to T+963 sec from the recent telemetry\ndownlink, we report further analysis of BAT GRB 150423A (trigger #638808)\n(Pagani, et al., GCN Circ. 17728). The BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 221.601, 12.264 deg which is\n RA(J2000) = 14h 46m 24.2s\n Dec(J2000) = +12d 15' 50.6\"\nwith an uncertainty of 1.9 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 92%.\n\nBAT light curve shows a single peak starting around T+0.0 sec\nand ending around T+0.25 sec. T90 (15-350 keV) is 0.22 +- 0.03 sec\n(estimated error including systematics).\n\nThe time-averaged spectrum from T+0.01 to T+0.24 sec is best fit by a simple\npower-law model. The power law index of the time-averaged spectrum is\n0.84 +- 0.24. The fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 6.3 +- 1.0 x 10^-08\nerg/cm2.\nThe 1-sec peak photon flux measured from T-0.37 sec in the 15-150 keV band\nis 0.9 +- 0.1 ph/cm2/sec. All the quoted errors are at the 90% confidence\nlevel.\n\nThe results of the batgrbproduct analysis are available at\nhttp://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/notices_s/638808/BA/",
