At a mean frequency of 21.8 GHz, we detect a bright radio\nsource with a preliminary flux density of ~ 1.7 mJy at\n\nRA = 18:09:56.691 +/- 0.001\nDec = 61:21:13.03 +/- 0.02\n\nconsistent with the enhanced Swift/XRT position (Goad et al.; GCN 18482)\nand the optical position (Maselli et al.; GCN 18478, Zheng et al.; GCN\n18479, Hentunen et al.; GCN 18503). Follow-up observations are planned. We\nthank the VLA staff for rapidly scheduling these observations.\"",
