Siegel (PSU) report on behalf of the Swift Team:\n\nAt 17:17:58 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and\nlocated V 404 Cyg (trigger=668949).  Swift did not slew because of a higher\nmerit value target already being observed.  The BAT on-board calculated location\nis RA, Dec 305.996, +33.859, which is \n   RA(J2000)  =  20h 23m 59s\n   Dec(J2000) = +33d 51' 34\"\nwith an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including \nsystematic uncertainty).  The BAT light curve shows several peaks\nwith a total duration of about 40 sec.  The peak count rate\nwas ~1100 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.",
