Sonbas (Adiyaman Univ.)\nreport on behalf of the Swift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 160117B\n64 s after the BAT trigger (Sonbas et al. GCN Circ. 18875). We detect\na fading source consistent with the XRT position  (Evans et al. GCN\nCirc. 18880) and optical detections (Yurkov et al. GCN Circ. 18877,\nKruehler et al. GCN Circ. 18878).\n\nThe preliminary UVOT position is:\n    RA  (J2000) =  08:48:46.76 = 132.19485 (deg.)\n    Dec (J2000) = -16:22:00.1  = -16.36670 (deg.)\nwith an estimated uncertainty of 0.44 arc sec. (radius, 90% confidence).\n\nPreliminary detections using the UVOT photometric system (Breeveld et al.\n2011, AIP Conf.
