Lien (GSFC/UMBC) report\non behalf of the Swift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 160220A\n4.11 ks after the BAT trigger (Lien et al., GCN Circ. 19023).\nNo optical afterglow consistent with the XRT position (Evans et al.\nGCN Circ. 19025) is detected in the UVOT exposures.\nPreliminary 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system\n(Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf.
