Xavier Prochaska (UCSC), Josh Bloom (UCB), Antonino Cucchiara\n(GSFC/STScI), Eleonora Troja (GSFC), Owen Littlejohns (ASU), Enrico\nRamirez-Ruiz (UCSC), Jos�� A. de Diego (UNAM), Leonid Georgiev (UNAM), Jes��s\nGonz��lez (UNAM), Carlos Rom��n-Z����iga (UNAM), Neil Gehrels (GSFC), Harvey\nMoseley (GSFC), John Capone (UMD), and Vicki Toy (UMD) report:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 160314A (D'Elia et al., GCN 19182) with the\nReionization and Transients Infrared Camera (RATIR; www.ratir.org) on the\n1.5m Harold Johnson Telescope at the Observatorio Astron��mico Nacional on\nSierra San Pedro M��rtir from 2016/03 16.12 to 2016/03 16.35 UTC (39.43 to\n44.80 hours after the BAT trigger), obtaining a total of 3.56 hours\nexposure in the r and i bands and 1.49 hours exposure in the Z, Y, J, and H\nbands.\n\nFor a source within the Swift-XRT error circle (Osborne et al., GCN 19185),\nin comparison with the SDSS DR9 and 2MASS catalogs, we obtain the following\ndetections and 3-sigma upper limit:\n\nr      23.48 +/- 0.26\ni      22.84 +/- 0.16\nZ     22.08 +/- 0.17\nY     22.32 +/- 0.22\nJ      >  22.45\nH     21.87 +/- 0.25\n\nThese magnitudes are in the AB system and are not corrected for Galactic\nextinction in the direction of the GRB. Our observations (see, also, Butler\net al., GCN 19196) are consistent with a continued, slow source fading as\nreported by the GROND team (Schweyer et al, GCN 19200).\n\nWe thank the staff of the Observatorio Astron��mico Nacional in San Pedro\nM��rtir.",
