Stamatikos (OSU), T. N. Ukwatta (LANL)\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n \nUsing the data set from T-239 to T+963 sec from the recent telemetry downlink,\nwe report further analysis of BAT GRB 160815A (trigger #708598)\n(Markwardt, et al., GCN Circ. 19794). The BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 288.616, 84.298 deg which is\n RA(J2000) = 19h 14m 27.8s\n Dec(J2000) = +84d 17' 53.9\"\nwith an uncertainty of 1.0 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 41%.\n \nThe mask-weighted light curve shows several overlapping peaks starting\nat T-7 sec and ending at T+11 sec. Two main pulses peaks at T+0.3 sec\nand T+2.5 sec. T90 (15-350 keV) is 8.6 +- 1.8 sec (estimated error\nincluding systematics).\n\nThe time-averaged spectrum from T-6.41 to T+5.20 sec is best fit by a power law\nwith an exponential cutoff. This fit gives a photon index 0.96 +- 0.41,\nand Epeak of 68 +- 16 keV (chi squared 48.11 for 56 d.o.f.). For this\nmodel the total fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 1.4 +- 0.1 x 10^-6 erg/cm2\nand the 1-sec peak flux measured from T+2.14 sec in the 15-150 keV band is\n4.7 +- 0.4 ph/cm2/sec. A fit to a simple power law gives a photon index\nof 1.72 +- 0.09 (chi squared 59.91 for 57 d.o.f.). All the quoted errors\nare at the 90% confidence level.\n \nThe results of the batgrbproduct analysis are available at\nhttp://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/notices_s/708598/BA/",
