Zach Golkhou (ASU), and Vicki Toy (UMD) report:\n\nWe observed the field of the Fermi GRB 160816A (Mailyan, et al.,\nGCN 19804) with the Reionization and Transients Infrared Camera\n(RATIR; www.ratir.org) on the 1.5m Harold Johnson Telescope at\nthe Observatorio Astron��mico Nacional on Sierra San Pedro M��rtir\nfrom 2016/08 19.16 to 2016/08 19.50 UTC (2.43 to 2.77 days after\nthe GBM trigger), obtaining a total of 5.58 hours exposure in the\nr and i bands and 4.56 hours exposure in the Z and J bands.\n\nFor the source reported in Troja, et al. (GCN 19809), in comparison\nwith the USNO-B1 and 2MASS catalogs, we obtain the  following\ndetections:\n\n   r    23.45 +/- 0.15\n   i    23.18 +/- 0.12\n   Z    22.64 +/- 0.12\n   J    22.37 +/- 0.16\n\nThese magnitudes are in the AB system and are not corrected for Galactic\nextinction in the direction of the GRB.\n\nWe thank the staff of the Observatorio Astron��mico Nacional in San Pedro\nM��rtir.",
