Xavier Prochaska (UCSC), Josh Bloom (UCB), Antonino Cucchiara\n(UVI), Eleonora Troja (GSFC), Owen Littlejohns (ASU), Enrico Ramirez-Ruiz\n(UCSC), Jos�� A. de Diego (UNAM), Leonid Georgiev (UNAM), Jes��s Gonz��lez\n(UNAM), Carlos Rom��n-Z����iga (UNAM), Neil Gehrels (GSFC), Harvey Moseley\n(GSFC), John Capone (UMD), and Vicki Toy (UMD) report:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 161014A (Racusin, et al., GCN 20035) with\nthe Reionization\nand Transients Infrared Camera (RATIR; www.ratir.org) on the 1.5m Harold\nJohnson Telescope at the Observatorio Astron��mico Nacional on Sierra San\nPedro M��rtir from 2016/10 16.16 to 2016/10 16.26 UTC (39.29 to 41.69 hours\nafter the BAT trigger), obtaining a total of 1.78 hours exposure in the r\nand i bands and 0.75 hours exposure in the Z, Y, J, and H bands.\n\nFor a source within the Swift-XRT error circle (Mingo, et al., GCN 20050)\nand reported in Golkhou, et al. (GCN 20052), in comparison with the SDSS\nDR9 and 2MASS catalogs, we obtain the following detection and upper limits\n(3-sigma):\n\n  r > 23.79\n  i 23.57 +/- 0.32\n  Z > 22.72\n  Y > 22.57\n  J > 22.20\n  H > 21.91\n\nThese magnitudes are in the AB system and are not corrected for Galactic\nextinction in the direction of the GRB.\n\nWe thank the staff of the Observatorio Astron��mico Nacional in San Pedro\nM��rtir.",
