Stamatikos (OSU/NASA/GSFC)\nreport on behalf of the Swift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 161022A\n137 s after the BAT trigger (Stamatikos et al., GCN Circ. 20087). No\noptical afterglow consistent with the XRT position (Evans et al. GCN\nCirc. 20094) is detected in the initial UVOT exposures. Preliminary\n3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system (Breeveld et al.\n2011, AIP Conf.
