GCN 20119, GCN 20120) at 2016-11-03 18:06:35 UT (32344 sec \nafter the trigger time 2016-11-03 09:07:31.12 UT).\n\nMASTER auto-detection system  doesn't find optical transient within \nerror-box brighter then unfiltered mlim=20.2 mag (the 5-sigma upper \nlimit), W=0.2B+0.8R calibrated by USNO-B1.\n\nThe observations made on  77 degrees zenit distance , galaxy latitude b = \n-41 degree.\nThe moon (14 % bright part) is 26 degrees above the horizon. The distance \nbetween  moon and  object is 137deg.\nObservations started in twilight. The sun  altitude  is -13.1 degree.\nThe object can be observed till sunrise at 2016-11-04 03:35:05\n\n\nMASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  was pointed to the   IceCube-161103 \nalert  32819 sec after  trigger time on  2016-11-03 18:14:30 UT.\nMASTER auto-detection system doesn't found optical transient within \nerror-box  brighter then 20.5m (unfiltered  5-sigma upper limit)\n\nThe observations made on zenit distance = 47 degrees, galaxy latitude b = -41 degree.\nThe moon (14 % bright part) below the horizon (The altitude of the Moon is -16 degree ).\nThe sun  altitude  is -46.1 degree.\nThe object can be observed till sunrise at 2016-11-04 03:47:43\n\nThe message may be cited.",
