Suarez-Andres\nThe Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias\n\nMASTER OT J233104.07-214815.6\n\nMASTER-SAAO robotic telescope located at Sutherland (South Africa) \nstarted inspection ~ 10 h after  Fermi-GBM  TRIGGER_NUM: 502272781 .\n\n\nMASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., \"MASTER GlobalRobotic \nNet\", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) \n= 23h 31m 04.07s -21d 48m 15.6s on 2016-12-01.78880 UT.\nThe OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.7m (mlim=19.5).\nThe OT is seen in 3 images made inside Fermi 502272781 trigger error-box.\nWe have reference images on 2016-10-18 21:24:18UT (mlim=19.2), on \n2015-09-13.88900 UT with unfiltered mlim= 19.7m with marginally seen OT \n(USNO B1 source with B2=20.18, R2=20.29, BZQJ2331-2148 blazar, source from \nSwift catalog (D'Elia+, 2013), radio source, etc.).\nSpectral and gamma, X-ray, radio - observations are required.\n\n\nThe discovery and reference images are available at:\n\nhttp://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/233104.07-214815.6.png\n\nThe message may be cited.",
