Cline,\non behalf of the Konus-Wind team, report:\n\nUsing Konus-Wind (KW) data, we have performed a search for\na gamma-ray transient around the time of the cosmic neutrino\ncandidate IceCube-161210 (Blaufuss, GCN 20247;\nhttps://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/notices_amon/80127519_128906.amon)\n\nNo triggered KW event happened from ~6 days before to more than 4 days \nafter the IceCube event time (2016-12-10 20:07:16 UT, hereafter T0). \nUsing Konus-Wind waiting mode data in the interval T0 +/- 1000 s, we \nestimate an upper limit (90% conf.) on the 10 keV ��� 10 MeV fluence to \n~1.2x10^-6 erg/cm^2 for a burst lasting less than 2.944 s and having a \ntypical KW short GRB spectrum (an exponentially cut off power law with \nalpha\u000b=-0.5 and Ep=500 keV, Svinkin et al. 2016). For a typical long GRB \nspectrum (the Band function with alpha=-1, beta=-2.5, and Ep=250 keV), \nthe corresponding limiting peak flux is ~3.2x10^-7 erg/cm^2/s (10 keV - \n10 MeV, 2.944 s scale).\n\nAll the quoted values are preliminary.",
