Sakamoto (AGU), M. Stamatikos (OSU),\nT. N. Ukwatta (LANL) (i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n\nUsing the data set from T-119 to T+303 sec from the recent telemetry downlink,\nwe report further analysis of BAT GRB 170101A (trigger #729293)\n(Lien et al., GCN Circ. 20349). The BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 267.089, 11.642 deg which is\n RA(J2000) = 17h 48m 21.3s\n Dec(J2000) = +11d 38' 29.9\"\nwith an uncertainty of 1.1 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 14%.\nT90 (15-350 keV) is 2.43 +- 0.49 sec (estimated error including systematics).\n\nThe mask-weighted light curve shows a single FRED-like pulse that starts\nat ~T-0.2 s, peaks at ~T0, and ends at ~T+3 s. In addition, there seems to\nbe some weak emission prior to the FRED-like pulse that starts at ~T-1.6 s,\nand a weak tail afterwards that lasts till ~T+8 s. T90 (15-350 keV) is\n3.2 +- 0.9 sec (estimated error including systematics).\n\nThe time-averaged spectrum from T-1.6 to T+8.5 sec is best fit by a simple\npower-law model. The power law index of the time-averaged spectrum is\n1.87 +- 0.06. The fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 6.0 +- 0.2 x 10^-6 erg/cm2.\nThe 1-sec peak photon flux measured from T-0.22 sec in the 15-150 keV band\nis 54.4 +- 2.0 ph/cm2/sec. All the quoted errors are at the 90% confidence\nlevel.\n\nUsing a 16-ms binned light curve, the lag analysis finds a lag of 39 +/- 8 ms for\nthe 100-350 keV to 25-50 keV, and 37 +/- 7 ms for the 50-100 keV to 15-25 keV\nband, which is consistent with those of a long GRB.\n\nThe results of the batgrbproduct analysis are available at\nhttp://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/notices_s/729293/BA/",
