Rau, on behalf of the\nINTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report:\n\nGRB 030331 was detected by Konus-Wind at 05:38:40.824 UT\nand Helicon-Coronas-F at 05:38:44.347 UT.\nAs observed by Konus-Wind, it had a 15-2000 keV fluence of\napproximately  2.7E-5 erg/cm2 in 25 s, and a peak flux of\n5.5E-6 erg/cm2 s over 0.128s.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary annulus centered at\nRA(2000) = 27.250 deg,\nDecl(2000) = 13.733 deg,\nRadius = 40.7 +/- 1.1 degrees (3 sigma ).\nThis annulus intersects the IPN annulus (GCN 2057) to form two\nlarge error boxes, only one of which is in the correct ecliptic\nlatitude band.\nPreliminary 3 sigma error box has approximate area of 400 sq.\narcmin :\n\n\t\t\tRA(2000)\tDec(2000)\nERROR BOX CENTER:\t349.261\t\t36.260\nERROR BOX CORNER 1:\t347.872\t\t36.429\nERROR BOX CORNER 2:\t347.852\t\t36.389\nERROR BOX CORNER 3:\t350.666\t\t36.089\nERROR BOX CORNER 4:\t350.643\t\t36.049\n\n\n\n-- \nDmitry Frederiks\n[aka Fred]\n-------------------------------------------------------\nLab for High Energy Astrophysics, Space Research Dept,\nA.F.Ioffe Phys.-Tech.
