Starr,\non behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team, report:\n\n\nThe long-duration GRB 170210A (Roberts and Mailyan, GCN Circ. 20660) has \nbeen detected by Fermi(GBM), Konus-Wind, Mars-Odyssey (HEND), and Swift \n(BAT), so far, at about 10056 s UT (02:47:36).\nThe burst was outside the coded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose\ncoordinates are:\n---------------------------------------------\n    RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n   ---------------------------------------------\n   Center:\n    226.055 (15h 04m 13s) -65.101 (-65d 06' 02\")\n   Corners:\n    228.764 (15h 15m 03s) -63.914 (-63d 54' 51\")\n    228.302 (15h 13m 12s) -64.342 (-64d 20' 31\")\n    223.147 (14h 52m 35s) -66.193 (-66d 11' 35\")\n    223.706 (14h 54m 49s) -65.801 (-65d 48' 04\")\n   ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is 1731 sq. arcmin, and its maximum\ndimension is 3.28 deg (the minimum one is 10.1 arcmin).\nThe Sun distance was 80 deg.\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB170210_T10092/IPN\n\nThe Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming\nGCN Circular.",
