Suarez-Andres\nThe Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias\n\nMASTER II  robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) \nlocated in OAFA was pointed to the  GRB170311A 18 sec after notice time \nand 59 sec after trigger time (Cummings et al.,  GCN 20846)\nat 2017-03-11 08:09:45 UT. On our first (10s \nexposure)  set we haven`t found optical transient  within SWIFT error-box \n(ra=280.562 dec=-30.0628 r=0.05).\nThe 5-sigma upper limit has been about 16.2 mag\n\nThe observations made on zenit distance = 49 degrees, galaxy latitude b = \n-12 degree.\nThe moon (98 % bright part) is 15 degrees above the horizon. The distance \nbetween  moon and  object is 124\nThe sun  altitude  is -30.1 degree.\nThe object can be observed till sunrise at 2017-03-11 10:34:12\n\n  The message may be cited.",
