Braga, R. Manchanda, G. Pizzichini,\nY. Shirasaki, C. Graziani, M. Matsuoka, T. Tamagawa, K. Torii,\nT. Sakamoto, A. Yoshida, E. Fenimore, M. Galassi, T. Tavenner, T. Donaghy,\nM. Boer, J-F Olive, and J-P Dezalay, on behalf of the HETE GRB team, and\n\nA. von Kienlin, G. Lichti, and A. Rau, on behalf of the\nINTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report:\n\nUlysses, Mars Odyssey (HEND and GRS), HETE-FREGATE (H2662), INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS),\nand Konus-Wind observed this GRB at 08248 seconds.  As observed by\nUlysses, it had a duration of approximately 5 seconds, a 25-100 keV\nfluence of approximately  4.3E-06 erg/cm2, and a peak flux of\napproximately  1.0E-06 erg/cm2 s over 0.25 seconds.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose\napproximate area is 36 sq. arcmin. and whose coordinates are:\n\n\n    RA(2000)                              DEC(2000)\n ERROR BOX CENTER:  16 h 33 m 06.33 s    -24 o 09 '  08.86 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 16 h 33 m 06.62 s    -24 o 07 '  34.35 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 16 h 33 m 58.27 s    -23 o 52 '  17.70 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 16 h 32 m 14.93 s    -24 o 25 '  49.05 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 16 h 33 m 06.05 s    -24 o 10 '  43.30 \" \n\nThis error box may be improved.",
