Doty, R. Vanderspek, \nJ. Villasenor, G. Crew, G. Monnelly, N. Butler, J.G. Jernigan, A. Levine, \nF. Martel, E. Morgan, G. Prigozhin, J. Braga, R. Manchanda, G. Pizzichini,\nY. Shirasaki, C. Graziani, M. Matsuoka, T. Tamagawa, K. Torii,\nT. Sakamoto, A. Yoshida, E. Fenimore, M. Galassi, T. Tavenner, T. Donaghy,\nM. Boer, J-F Olive, and J-P Dezalay, on behalf of the HETE GRB team, report:\n\nUlysses, Mars Odyssey-GRS, HETE-FREGATE, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and\nKonus-Wind observed this GRB at 27277 seconds.  As observed by Ulysses,\nit had a duration of approximately  15 seconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of\napproximately  2.3E-06 erg/cm2, and a peak flux of approximately\n4.7E-07 erg/cm2 s over 0.25 seconds.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose\napproximate area is 314. sq. arcmin. and whose coordinates are:\n\n    RA(2000)                              DEC(2000)\n ERROR BOX CENTER:  13 h 14 m 25.29 s     62 o 20 '  54.62 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 13 h 14 m 31.12 s     62 o 29 '   6.96 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 13 h 16 m 13.52 s     61 o 35 '   6.14 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 13 h 12 m 28.04 s     63 o  5 '   1.83 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 13 h 14 m 19.38 s     62 o 12 '  40.70 \" \n\nThis error box may be improved.",
