Stamatikos (OSU), T. N. Ukwatta (LANL)\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n\nUsing the data set from T-240 to T+200 sec from the recent telemetry downlink,\nwe report further analysis of BAT GRB 170803A (trigger #766081)\n(LaPorte et al., GCN Circ. 21405). The BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 174.947, -16.312 deg which is\n RA(J2000) = 11h 39m 47.2s\n Dec(J2000) = -16d 18' 41.9\"\nwith an uncertainty of 1.0 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 94%.\n\nThe mask-weighted light curve shows a multi-peaked structure that\nstarts at ~T-0.7 s and ends at ~T+4 s. The main peak occurs at ~T+0.1 s\nT90 (15-350 keV) is 3.82 +- 0.23 sec (estimated error including systematics).\n\nThe time-averaged spectrum from T-0.69 to T+4.14 sec is best fit by a power law\nwith an exponential cutoff. This fit gives a photon index 0.65 +- 0.28,\nand Epeak of 100.2 +- 20.5 keV (chi squared 47.53 for 56 d.o.f.). For this\nmodel the total fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 9.8 +- 0.4 x 10^-7 erg/cm2\nand the 1-sec peak flux measured from T-0.12 sec in the 15-150 keV band is\n6.5 +- 0.3 ph/cm2/sec. A fit to a simple power law gives a photon index\nof 1.39 +- 0.06 (chi squared 71.10 for 57 d.o.f.). All the quoted errors\nare at the 90% confidence level.\n\nThe results of the batgrbproduct analysis are available at\nhttp://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/notices_s/766081/BA/",
