Tlatov, V.Sennik\nKislovodsk Solar Station of the Pulkovo Observatory\n\nFollowing Katsavounidis et al. (GCN 21474), we report two optical \ntransients detected.\n\n\n\n1) MASTER OT J030141.96-230037.8 discovery\n\nDuring MASTER-OAFA inspection of LIGO GW G297595\nMASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., \"MASTER Global Robotic \nNet\",\nAdvances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h \n01m 41.96s -23d 00m 37.8s on 2017-08-16.31422 UT.\nThe OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (mlim=19.7m).\n\nThe OT is seen in 2 image (MASTER inspection mode) at 2017-08-16 07:32:29 \nand 2017-08-16 07:17:07UT\n\nThere is no minor planet at this place.\n\nWe have reference images without OT on 2017-03-10.01 UT with magnitude \nlimit in unfiltered 18.6m.\n\nSpectral observations are required.\n\n\nThe discovery and reference images are available \nat:http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/030141.96-230037.8.png\n\n\n2) MASTER OT J015849.50-230853.7 detection\n\nMASTER-OAFA auto-detection system  discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 01h \n58m 49.50s -23d 08m 53.7s on 2017-08-15.27118 UT.\n\nThe OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.7m (mlim=19.3m).\nThe OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.\nWe have reference image without OT on 2016-09-22.25362 UT with unfiltered \nmagnitude limit is 18.4m.\nThere is  USNO-B1 star in 2\" with known only B1=21.47,B2=20.96\n\nSpectral observations are required.\n\nThe discovery and reference images are available at:\nhttp://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/015849.50-230853.7.png\n\nThis message can be citted.",
