Starr, on\nbehalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team, report:\n\nThis burst was observed by Ulysses, Mars Odyssey (GRS), and\nINTEGRAL (SPI-ACS) at 28275 s.\n\nAs observed by Ulysses, it had a duration of approximately  10\nseconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of approximately  6.2E-06 erg/cm2, and a\npeak flux of approximately  7.6E-07 erg/cm2 s over 0.25 seconds.\n\nWe have triangulated it to two alternate, preliminary, 3 sigma error\nboxes each with approximate area 24000 square arcminutes whose\ncoordinates are:\n\n    RA(2000)                              DEC(2000)\n ERROR BOX CENTER:  17 h 42 m 27.23 s     -6 o 54 '   0.77 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 17 h 43 m 21.88 s     -6 o 26 '   4.00 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 17 h 28 m 12.29 s    -11 o 34 '   8.17 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 18 h 11 m 36.51 s      1 o 39 '  13.89 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 17 h 41 m 35.44 s     -7 o 21 '  12.46 \" \n\n                                       OR\n\n ERROR BOX CENTER:  19 h  5 m 34.33 s     13 o 47 '   0.40 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 19 h  3 m 38.29 s     13 o 33 '  56.68 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 5: 19 h 25 m 27.01 s     17 o  7 '  58.89 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 6: 18 h 30 m 47.64 s      6 o 30 '  24.53 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 7: 19 h  7 m 27.44 s     13 o 59 '  17.61 \" \n\nThere is a chance that the ambiguity can be resolved by further processing.\nThese error boxes may be improved.",
