GCN 21720, GCN2136) we found 1 image on 2017-08-19 \n22:32:24.443 with clearly seen OT with unfiltered m_OT=18.6 .\n\nDuring Fermi GBM trigger 521687456  inspection MASTER-Kislovodsk observed \nthe area  RA(2000)=(18.200 +29.540) +-5.25deg GRB_error (statistical only) \non 2017-07-14 22:54:12UT with mlim=18.7 .\n\nThere is SIWFT/UVOT source (Emery et al., LVC GCN 21733, 21758) from \nLIGO/VIRGO G299232 error-box (Siellez et al., GCN 21693)\nwith m_OT~18.7 on 2017-07-14 22:54:12UT\n\nThe archival image is available at:\nhttp://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTERKislovodsk20170714.jpg\n\nWe are gratiful all follow up photometry (Im et al. \nGCN21723; Im et al. GCN21738; Butler et al. GCN21742, Roberts et al.\nGCN 21752) and spectral (Jonker et al. GCN 21737; Roberts et al. GCN 21752; Copperwheat et al. \nGCN21755; Liming Rui et al. GCN 21780) observations.\n\nThis SN IIb is placed very far from  NGC 1343 galaxy center at distance \n~20 kpc. The  massive star progenitor in the no star formation \narea  is very strange.\n\nThis message can be citted.",
