  "body": "K. Hurley, on behalf of the Ulysses GRB team,\n\nE. Mazets and S. Golenetskii, on behalf of the Konus-Wind GRB team, and\n\nT. Cline, on behalf of the Ulysses and Konus GRB teams, report:\n\nUlysses and Konus-Wind  observed this GRB at 24688 seconds.  As\nobserved by Ulysses, it had a duration of approximately 5 seconds, a\n25-100 keV fluence of approximately  1.5E-06 erg/cm2, and a peak flux\nof approximately  7.4E-07 erg/cm2 s over 0.25 seconds.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary annulus centered  at RA,\nDecl(2000)= 332.879, -37.786 degrees, whose radius is 49.400 +/-  0.042\ndegrees (3 sigma ).\n\nThis annulus may be constrained and/or improved, but as the event was\nnot observed by Mars Odyssey, a small error box cannot be derived for\nit.",
