Palmer,\non behalf of the Swift-BAT team, report:\n\nA short-duration GRB 171030A has been detected by\nFermi (GBM trigger 531077390), INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS),\nand Swift (BAT), so far, at about 62985 s UT (17:29:45).\nThe burst was outside the coded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose \ncoordinates are:\n------------------------------------\n   RA(2000), deg  Dec(2000), deg\n------------------------------------\n  Corners:\n    47.7467      -25.6001\n    37.3056      -48.8763\n   117.4353      -11.9668\n   118.1759      -5.9280\n------------------------------------\nThe error box maximum dimension is 79.5 deg\n(the minimum one is 5.9 deg).\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB171030_T62985/IPN\n\nThe time history and spectrum will be given in forthcoming GCN \nCirculars.",
