Palmer,\non behalf of the Swift-BAT team, report:\n\nThe long-duration GRB 171102A (Yassine et al., GCN Circ. 22081; Stanbro \net al., GCN Circ. 22083) was detected by Konus-Wind, Fermi (GBM trigger \n531282820), INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and Swift (BAT) at about 9216 s UT \n(02:33:36). The burst was outside the coded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3-sigma error box whose \ncoordinates are:\n---------------------------------------------\n   RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n  ---------------------------------------------\n  Center:\n   188.823 (12h 35m 18s) +54.288 (+54d 17' 15\")\n  Corners:\n   180.299 (12h 01m 12s) +53.175 (+53d 10' 31\")\n   179.157 (11h 56m 38s) +54.095 (+54d 05' 41\")\n   197.995 (13h 11m 59s) +54.514 (+54d 30' 52\")\n   198.922 (13h 15m 41s) +53.378 (+53d 22' 41\")\n  ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is 11.5 sq. deg, and its maximum\ndimension is 11.7 deg (the minimum one is ~1 deg).\nThe Sun distance was about 70 deg.\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB171102_T09247/IPN\n\nThe Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming\nGCN Circular.",
