GCN 22501) coordinates \n17 41 42.94 +00 44 54.0\n\nThe 5-sigma upper limit on the first 10s image is  17.06mag\nThe message may be cited.\n\n\n====================================================================\n\n\n\nThe observations made on zenit distance = 42 degrees, galaxy latitude b = \n15 degree.\nThe moon ( 2 % bright part) below the horizon (The altitude of the Moon is \n-22 degree ).\nThe sun  altitude  is -30.4 degree.\nThe object can be observed till sunrise at 2018-03-16 07:14:55",
