Cline, on behalf of the Konus GRB team,\n\nGRB030706 was detected by Konus-Wind at 00:02:15.262 UT\nand Helicon-Coronas-F at 00:02:17.053 UT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary annulus centered at\nRA(2000) = 85.881 deg,\nDecl(2000) = 21.043 deg,\nRadius = 62.2 +/- 1.9 degrees (3 sigma ).\nThis annulus intersects the IPN annulus (GCN 2292) to form two\nerror boxes, only one of which has the correct ecliptic latitude.\nPreliminary 3 sigma error box has approximate area of 1200 sq. arcmin :\n\n                        RA(2000)    Dec(2000)\nERROR BOX CENTER:      146.691        1.828\nERROR BOX CORNER 1:    148.567        1.337\nERROR BOX CORNER 2:    144.827        2.349\nERROR BOX CORNER 3:    144.862        2.432\nERROR BOX CORNER 4:    148.603        1.422",
