There is no minor planet at this place.\nWe have reference image with unfiltered mlim = 20.0 m.\nThere is SDSS galaxy (The SDSS Photometric Catalog, Release 9\n(Adelman-McCarthy, 2012) with 0.25 arcsec offset\n(inside our error box ~0.7 arcsec with r_m = 22.5 mag .\nHowever, we can not exclude that the object in the SDSS is a star. In \nthis case we have an optical transient is CV.\n\n\nThis OT was found during Fermi trigger \n( https://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/other/555576051.fermi ) inspection \n(GRBtime=2018-08-10 06:40:46.74UT), but it was presented in MASTER-OAFA \nimages on 2018-08-08 07:33:12 with m_OT=18.5 (also detected during Fermi \ninspection, but trigger number is 555263883 \nhttps://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/other/555263883.fermi ) <br>\n\nSpectral observations are required.\n\nThe discovery and reference images are available at:\nhttp://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/023059.78-172027.1.png\n\n\nFinally, we just received a telegram from MASTER OAFA (Argentina):\nMASTER-OAFA robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, \nLipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in \nArgentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) was pointed \nto the GRB180810.28 1 days 1589 sec after notice time and 1 days 1589 sec \nafter trigger time at 2018-08-11 07:07:16 UT.
