Sergienko\nBlagoveschensk Educational State University (BSPU)\n\n\nMASTER-Kislovodsk  robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: \nhttp://observ.pereplet.ru) \nlocated in Kislovodsk Solar Station of the Pulkovo Observatory  was \nstarting survey on the IPN \nGRB180824A error-box (Svinkin et al., GCN #23174)  274 sec after \nnotice time and 35665 sec after trigger time at 2018-08-24 19:59:44 UT.\nThe 5-sigma upper limit on our first (180s exposure)  set is about 18.9 \nmag .\n\nThe galacitc latitude b =  0 deg.\n\nThe observations made on zenit distance = 36 deg.The moon (97 % bright \npart) is 29 deg. above the horizon.
