Butler, J.G.\nJernigan, A. Levine, F. Martel, E. Morgan, G. Prigozhin, J. Braga, R.\nManchanda, G.  Pizzichini, Y. Shirasaki, C. Graziani, M. Matsuoka, T.\nTamagawa, K. Torii, T. Sakamoto, A. Yoshida, E. Fenimore, M. Galassi,\nT. Tavenner, T.  Donaghy, M. Boer, J-F Olive, and J-P Dezalay, on\nbehalf of the HETE GRB team, report:\n\nUlysses, Mars Odyssey-HEND, RHESSI, Konus-Wind, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and\nHETE (FREGATE) observed this GRB at 23905 seconds.  As observed by\nUlysses, it had a duration of approximately 30 seconds, a 25-100 keV\nfluence of approximately  1.7E-05 erg/cm2, and a peak flux of\napproximately  1.1E-06 erg/cm2 s over 0.50 seconds.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose\napproximate area is 630 sq. arcmin. and whose coordinates are:\n\n    RA(2000)                              DEC(2000)\n ERROR BOX CENTER:   16 h 54 m 49.80 s   -21 o  6 '  43.99 \"\n ERROR BOX CORNER 1:  16 h 54 m 40.02 s  -21 o  9 '  31.55 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 2:  16 h 59 m  3.59 s  -18 o 43 '   7.78 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 3:  16 h 50 m 23.70 s  -23 o 36 '  56.65 \" \n ERROR BOX CORNER 4:  16 h 54 m 59.57 s  -21 o  3 '  56.62 \" \n\nThis error box may be improved, but as Ulysses, the Earth, and\nMars are practically aligned, a small error box cannot be derived\nfor this event.",
