Zhang (IHEP), \nreport on behalf of the Insight-HXMT team: \n\nAt 2018-10-17T10:41:58.000 (T0), the Insight-HXMT/HE detected \nGRB 181017A (trigger ID: HEB181017445) in a routine search of the data. \n\nThe Insight-HXMT/HE light curve mainly consists of multiple \npulses with a duration (T90) of 5.72 s measured from T0-0.25 s. \nThe 1-s peak rate, measured from T0+1.23 s, is 992.0 cnts/s. \nThe total counts from this burst is 3383.0 counts. \nURL_LC: http://www.hxmt.org/images/GRB/HEB181017445_lc.jpg \n\nAll measurements above are made with the CsI detectors operating in the \nregular mode with the energy range of about 80-800 keV (record energy). \nOnly gamma-rays with energy greater than about 200 keV can penetrate \nthe spacecraft and leave signals in the CsI detectors installed inside \nof the telescope. \n\nInsight-HXMT is the first Chinese space X-ray telescope, which was \nfunded jointly by the China National Space Administration (CNSA) and \nthe Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). \nMore information could be found at: http://www.hxmt.org.\n\n[GCN OPS NOTE(21oct18): Per author's request, the \"A\" suffix was\ncorrected to be in english text.]",
