Sonbas (Adiyaman Univ.)\nreport on behalf of the Swift/UVOT team:\n\nThe Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 181030A\n152 s after the BAT trigger (Sonbas et al., GCN Circ. 23389).\nA fading source is detected in the initial UVOT exposures at a position\nconsistent with the XRT position (Beardmore et al., GCN Circ. 23391) and\nalso with SAO RAS (Moskvitin et al., GCN Circ. 23390) and MASTER Net\n(Lipunov et al., GCN Circ. 23392).\n\nPreliminary detections and 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system\n(Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf.
