Starr,\non behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team, report:\n\nThe long-duration GRB 181212A\n(Fermi-GBM detection: Fletcher, GCN Circ. 23524)\nwas detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 566325471), Konus-Wind,\nINTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), Mars-Odyssey (HEND), and Swift (BAT)\nat about 59866 s UT (16:37:46).\nThe burst was outside the coded field of view of the BAT.\n\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box\nwhose coordinates are:\n  ---------------------------------------------\n   RA(2000), deg                 Dec(2000), deg\n  ---------------------------------------------\n  Center:\n   300.663 (20h 02m 39s)  -0.324 ( +0d 19' 27\")\n  Corners:\n   301.111 (20h 04m 27s)  +1.224 ( +1d 13' 26\")\n   300.707 (20h 02m 50s)  +1.563 ( +1d 33' 47\")\n   300.075 (20h 00m 18s)  -3.456 ( -3d 27' 22\")\n   300.497 (20h 01m 59s)  -3.868 ( -3d 52' 05\")\n  ---------------------------------------------\nThe error box area is about 2.31 sq. deg, and its maximum\ndimension is 5.43 deg (the minimum one is 29 arcmin).\nThe Sun distance was about 43 deg.\n\nThis box may be improved.\n\nA triangulation map is posted at\nhttp://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB181212_T59862/IPN\n\nThe Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming\nGCN Circular.",
