Sergienko (Blagoveschensk Educational State University)\n\n\nMASTER-OAFA robotic telescope (Global MASTER Net  http://observ.pereplet.ru, \nLipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in \nArgentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) was pointed to the \nGRB181228A (Moss et al., GCN #23570) 26 sec after notice time and 47 sec after \ntrigger time at 2018-12-28 02:54:05 UT. On our first (10s exposure)  set we \nfound 1 optical transient within SWIFT XRT error-box  (Beardmore et al., GCN \n#23574) brighter than 17.5.\n\n\n  T-Tmid      Date      Time     Expt.
