Graziani, M. Matsuoka, T.\nTamagawa, K. Torii, T. Sakamoto, A. Yoshida, E. Fenimore, M. Galassi,\nT. Tavenner, T. Donaghy, M. Boer, J-F Olive, and J-P Dezalay, on behalf\nof the HETE GRB team, report:\n\nUlysses data have now been received for this burst (GCN 2358).  Because\nUlysses is approximately 16 times farther from Earth than Mars, the\nwidth of the triangulation annulus is substantially smaller.  We have\ntriangulated the position to a preliminary annulus centered at RA,\nDecl(2000)= 340.962, -23.121 degrees, with radius 25.143 +/- 0.332\ndegrees (3 sigma).  This annulus intersects the HETE WXM error box\ngiven in GCN 2358 to form an error box which is about 5 times smaller,\nwith an area ~1200 square arcminutes. The corners of this error box\nare:\n\nRA(2000)    Decl(2000)\n326.077     -45.547\n325.767     -44.594\n325.266     -45.157\n324.954     -44.170\n\nA figure has been posted at ssl.berkeley.edu/ipn3/030821.  Only very\nslight improvements to this error box are expected.",
