Podesta\nObservatorio Astronomico Felix Aguilar (OAFA)\n\nHugo Levato \nInstituto de Ciencias Astronomicas, de la Tierra y del Espacio (ICATE)\n\n\nMASTER-SAAO robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: \nhttp://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, \nvol. 2010, 30L) located in South Africa (South African Astronomical \nObservatory) was pointed to the  GRB190114C  (Gropp et al., GCN 23688) \n24 sec after notice time and 45 sec after trigger time\nat 2019-01-14 20:57:48 UT. On our first (10s \nexposure in two polarization)  set we  found 1 optical transient (Tiurina \net al., GCN 23690) within SWIFT error-box (ra=54.5042 dec=-26.9383 r=0.05)\nbrighter than 17.3 .\n\n\n  T-Tmid      Date      Time       Expt. The distance between  moon and  object \nis 41\nThe sun  altitude  is -30.6 deg.\nThe object can be observed till 2019-01-15 01:56:12\n.\n\n\nThe 5-sigma upper limit has been about 16.54mag\nThe message may be cited.",
